  “I did not use this company willingly but my company had a contract with them. My shipment required 30 days for delivery, it now has been 80 days and I have not received my items. I have contacted the company through e-mail on numerous occasions without a reply. I only get information when I call and talk to someone directly. I am currently living in Japan and due to the time difference, contact requires me to call around midnight. The last time I called no helpful information was given, the worker was very short and had an attitude when I would ask questions regarding my shipment. Avoid this company! I wish ZERO stars was an option.”
