Reliable Transfer Corporation
Avoid like the plague
“Reliable picked up my household goods shipment on September 24th. They did not even ship them until the 13th of October, but claimed they had but did not know the current location. They then claimed that my shipment was delayed because of the subcontractor they hired. This was also a lie as the subcontractor had not even recieved my shipment until the 19th of Octoberr. It is now the 4th of November and I am still awaiting my shipment. Terrible company and the customer service is also bad. I would leave multiple messages and not hear back.” -

“Moved from germany back to the states back in may. delivery date was 8 august... it is now 23 august and not a single word where my stuff is. The phone number i have that connects to their phone is never answered and have not even gotten an email from this company. i wouldnt use this company any more.” -

“Very unprofessional. Moved us from VA to HI and damaged $8,200.00 worth of our stuff. Took over 120 days to get claim right. STILL waiting for payments. Some personnel there are rude and unprofessional. They talk poorly to us and I would NOT recommend using them ever. ”
