  “THESE MOVERS OBVIOUSLY WERE JUNK MOVERS BEFORE, AS THAT'S HOW THEY TREATED MY STUFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over the phone they told me I would have a two day move. I asked them to repack all the boxes and containers that I had, they asked how many and assured that this would be completed. The movers came and did not repack anything. They rushed everything, as they wanted to do it in one day rather than two.(probably get more money in their pockets this way) I asked them to at least repack my late grandmothers china, they argued and asked why, its already packed. We had it packed in the boxes paper comes in with only one layer of newspaper. From FL to GA this was fine, from GA to Hawaii this was NOT OK. I called there company and complained about how stressed I was and how I didn't even feel like they should be moving my stuff. The woman called the team leader and advised me that my grandmothers china would be repackaged for the move. I just received my stuff a few days ago, instead of actually repackaging it ... They didn't even empty the items out of my NEW dressers OR my NEW entertainment stand. For a 5500 mile move, this is unacceptable. The shelf is broken now, as they had stuffed some paper around everything that was stored in it, wrapped it up and threw it on the truck. My husband has VERY EXPENSIVE SUITS. They didn't even use GARMENT INSERTS. They SHOVED our expensive clothing in the boxes like rags. I now have to have everything that was marked on my VALUABLE ITEMS list DRYCLEANED AGAIN. Even my WEDDING DRESS was balled up and stuffed into an open corner of a box”
