  “This company showed up late in a 19 foot renterd U-haul and everything fit into one trip (they did not even have a company truck) initially the workers were friendly, however their pace was very slow and unrushed. I had a couch, love seat, two end tables, a queen sized bed, a dresser, two televisions. Also, I had approximatey 10 boxes that were already pre-packed. They spent at least 45 minutes arranging and rearranging the items in the U-haul which in my opinion was clearly a way ti charge morem as they were already being paid $85 per hour for two men, in addition to this there was a dolly on the truck that they rented that they did not use. It took these professional Movers 2 hours to just unload the truck which the new place also had an elevator that was available for them to use. The movers struggled to move the couches into the new place and they broke the arm on one of the couches. I understand that sometimes accidents occur with a move however, it took me over 5 different phone calls for this company to return my phone calls. When they did contact me back I spoke to Aaron Singleton (Owner) he told me that even though my contract stated that they would reimburse $0.60 per LB of damaged property he stated I am too busy to deal with your issues! You are being childish! I don't know what's wrong with you! He also told me that I had no proof that he was the one that broke my couch even though that it wasnt broke before the move. I highly reccomend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also they have no corporate, and they have no listed address. VERY FISHY”
