  “Reliable picked up my household goods shipment on September 24th. They did not even ship them until the 13th of October, but claimed they had but did not know the current location. They then claimed that my shipment was delayed because of the subcontractor they hired. This was also a lie as the subcontractor had not even recieved my shipment until the 19th of Octoberr. It is now the 4th of November and I am still awaiting my shipment. Terrible company and the customer service is also bad. I would leave multiple messages and not hear back.”
