“I've tried over 12 times to just get in contact with a,representative. From the hours of 9am - 11am not ONE phone was ever answered. I am definitely not thrilled and will feel better using ANYONE else! Hope anyone who reads this never feels the annoyance that I went through this mornig. ” -
