“We trusted Lile to deliver but it cost us dearly!Because they are agents for North American Van Lines,a company that does not give the best moving experience at all!Our move resulted in missing boxes containing family antiques and heirlooms with no acceptance of responsibility by either Lile or North American!!Consequently we would advise all not to trust this company to deliver!!” -

“I was locked in this storage yard when my access code let me in - but not back out. When I contacted the managers, they were defensive and basically said I did something wrong. When they checked their records, they found out that it was their computer - not me - that had the problem. They had no number or contact info posted on the inside that I could call to get back out. I had to sit and wait for someone else to come in and try to jet out while the door was open. The managers were difficult and ended up saying that if I didn't like the way they ran things to locate another storage company and clear out. I did.” -
