  “DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!! Owner was completey misleading, was super nice when I called and booked the move and whenever I called him with questions. On the day of the move they were late and didn't bother to call me - I had to call him. They loaded up my items fairly quickly and then had to ask for directions as to where they were going - they knew ahead of time and should have had directions. When they arrived at my new place the driver hit another car on the street and didn't even leave a note after he took the person's bumper off. They dropped 20 of my boxes off the dolly and into snow and sludge and didn't even bother to say sorry for it, all i got was its wet outside as an excuse for his stupidity for trying to move that many boxes at once. They allowed me and my friends to move all the boxes from the lobby up to my apt. they wanted to get paid before the move was complete and I was never once told by the owner that they'd have to be paid in full before the move finished. they told me either they get paid now or they take my things to storage and i'd have to deal with the owner - ILLEGAL! I was forced to pay before the move was complete against my will. the movers were completely disrespectful towards me and my group of people. When one asked for a glass of water after he'd dropped all my things and broke a few mugs and picture frames we informed him that it was clear to see everything was still in boxes. when my friend rinsed out a cup she had and then filled it with wather and ice the guy asked her if she had spit in it and when she said no he replied it would have been sweeter if she did. COMPLETELY unprofessional. After numerous attempts to get ahold of the owner and leaving messages on his vm/machine and none returned to me the only time I did get to speak to him is when he called his movers back rather than me. He yelled and even hung up on me because I was having problems with the way the move was going. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!! When I filed a complaint with the ICC after the move to report the movers I was informed that they did not have a valid license at the time because of a problem verifying their insurance and they never should have done the move because they were not licensed to do it. Horrible experience and I was lucky to walk away with only a few broken things.”
