  “Sally, your home had such a strong odor of poop,pee and dead animal we could hardly come in there. We got a truck load of your stuff out of there and chose not to come back 4 or 5 days later because our truck still smelled. It cost us a lot of money just to sanitize our equiptment so other customers\\' stuff didn\\'t get ruined. I refuse to put my guys in an unhealthy situation and if you are reading this and don\\'t clean up after your pets(dead or alive) PLEASE DO NOT CALL US.”

  “I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. When I moved to the location, there was a problem with urine in the carpet and since I had elderly animals, the problem increased. However I used available products to keep the odor down. I had not been in the basement because of a fall down the stairs. I did not realize that one of my cats who had died had been using an area downstairs as a cat box. Instead of informing me that there was a problem, the prima donnas made sarcastic remarks and complained about just about everything. Two of the men spent far too much time sitting in the truck listening to the radio. One man had said when they arrived that he didn't want to move anything heavy. This was before they noticed the odor problem. They brought just a little over half of what needed moving to my new home and informed me that they weren't going back to get the rest of the stuff. I had a bed without a frame, couch cushions without a couch, a dresser without a top, no desk for my office, and was without several other important items. I talked to the owner and we arranged for the job to be finished a few days later. I cleaned up the basement, organized items better, and resprayed the carpets in that time. Of many unprofessional aspects to this move, the most frustrating was the fact that I was not called until 5 pm the night before the second part of the move was planned. At that time, I was informed that they were not coming back to finish the move. I was planning the move very carefully and it was then impossible for me to find another company to finish my move for the next 2 days. These rude men were very judgemental and made many remarks that I did not appreciate. They had absolutely no concern for me or for the fact that I was paying them to do their job. I hope that no one else has to put up with the lack of professionalism and concern for the customer that I experienced.”
