  “I was told that they charged $90.00 an hour. The move took less than two hours. They told me that I owed them $250.00. I asked them why it wasn't what they quoted and was told that they used three men. They didn't hook my washing machine up and left the laundry room door of the hinges. I only had them move one bed for me and they didn't even put it back together. Troy told me that he was in a hurry and he would come back to do it. He never did come back to finish and will not answer my calls. My furniture was thrown all around. I have scratches on my new hard wood floors. I also have chips and scratches on my furniture. If you don't want your house and furniture destroyed don't use the Mover's. Troy was the most unprofessional person that I have ever met.”

  “The movers, and Troy in particular, seemed very nice to work with at first, but when we found damage to our furniture and broken belongings and asked for their insurance information to process a claim I have been met with silence. I called and they do not respond for a call and then hang up on me and say they did nothing when I have the pictures to prove that they have. If you value your possessions and don't want them thrown around do not use this company.”
