  “I move from Oahu to Maui with much less stress then I was expected.Marco send me 4 hard working guys and they just told to me to sit-down and enjoy.
  All went perfect when they brought container to my new place and unloaded in house.

  “If I could give this company no stars I would. I spoke to someone on the phone and explained this was a military move. I wanted my belongings in crates and some packing would need to be done. The movers were 3 hours late claiming they could not find the place (although they had come the previous month to that location). One mover appeared to be under the influence of something. Another mover had on flip flops. When they came I had everything boxed with the exception of a closet full of hangers and big items like tv's (in which we had the original boxes for). The movers moved around casually, one even sat on my couch for a break. The took cigarette breaks. They asked me for something to drink. THEN when it was time to move it into storage they took me to a nonclimate controlled facility located outside in a montainside. This facility is not affiliated with the moving company. I specifically wanted a climate controlled facility due to the fact we were deploying for one year. I did not know I had to get the storage facility on my own, had I known that, i would have opted for the storage facility located directly behind my house which is climate controlled. We were paying these movers by the hour. So after driving 20 mins to storage...i spent another 20 mins completing leasing paperwork for the storage unit (in which I still had not seen). The price I was quoted for original phone call to movers for storage was different what the actual storage facility charged. The unit was too small and the only solution was to add another smaller unit for an additional monthly fee. When it was time to pay they had charged me for 12 boxes when they could not have possibly used 12 boxes to box up one closet of hangers. They charged for 2 rolls of tape (what they were taping I have no idea). They tried to charge me for 7 hours of work and i made them take an hour off...keep in mind at that point in time they had only been with me for 4 hours not including 1 hour charge for travel time. I paid them for 6 hours plus packing expenses. I was in a rush because hubby had been waiting for 2 hours for me to pick him up from work. I paid and left. They were still at facility. When i came back they were gone and my storage unit looked like they had literally thrown the last few items on top. There were some items that i could see were not even mine (no idea where they came from). The way the stuff is placed in the storage and the nonpacking that they did to protect my belongings is sure to be damaged upon retrieval from storage. I could already see one plastic bin was broken. When i returned home, I noticed some hangers were left in the closet, there were screws all over the bedroom floor (not sure where they came from because nothing needed to be taken apart), there was packing from the tv box on the floor which meant the tv in the box was not being protected properly. There was a fresh dent in my wall and scuff marks all over the floor. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants peace of mind when moving. When I called the manager to let him know my concerns he was extremely rude and told me that if I did not like it then find another storage facility and different movers. (and i would have if the deployment date was not 6 days away). Also, my stuff was never put in crates which would have protected the belongings from the elements. This company is the worst moving company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.”
