  “ive moved around quite a bit in my time and i can say that ABS moving made this move the easiest move ive ever done, i got the full service, the packed, wrapped, and unpacked everything and didnt break anything. will use when i move again!”

  “First, I was A fool to be hooked by the $100.00 coupon. They managed to raise the price from other stuff, for example, packing material, to swallow the $100.00 quickly.
  
  Secondly, they did do a good job at pick up site and packing. But, that ended up adding another $1,100.00 to the original $2,066.43 price.
  
  Since the packing and pick up were good, I was willing to pay the price.
  
  Then, they did a very poor job at delivery. They promised three people to do the delivery but only two showed up and the older one drived the younger one to death. So, furniture scratched the new hardwood floor, the wall, etc. and the workers won't admit it.
  
  Also, the workers asked another $90 for move a furniture to the second floor. Face one 80+ years old lady (my mother) and one 60+ years old (my sister), they know they will get it. (Shameless!!!)
  
  The price for fix the hardwood floor was around $2,000.00.
  
  First, ABS denied their workers did the damages. Then, they said we didn't pay extra for insurance coverage, even they did took extra $200 for Valuation for up to $10,000. After we proved it, then, they said the insurance don't cover it and they only willing to pay $175 to settle including the damages to the moved goods.
  
  Then, emails and phone calls were largely ignored through the next year. Even one time, Joe Shem, the owner agreed to add $25 (big deal) to compensation, they never send the settlement letter.
  
  Later on, continueously calls and emails were completely ignored. Now, I am resorting to our county's Office of Consumer Protection agency. Three months now, no new words. I believe, the ABS is using same dragging way to deal with the agency while they try their best to hook more consumers to their trap.
  
  CONCLUSION: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!”
