“Worst service ever!! I only chose this company because I needed a cheap deal. I guess I got what I paid for. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING!!! Also, look at the Yelp reviews.... 1. Henry only accepts cash. RED FLAG!!! 2. He tells you to text him the information about your move. No paperwork is ever exchanged. 3. No receipts are given afterward and you don't know the names of your movers. Bottom line: If things go wrong (which they probably will), it's just your word against his. So make sure you have a paper trail. His business is shady. My move was supposed to move yesterday at 3:30 pm but Henry mixed up my time. The movers called and said they were on their way at 9:00 am but I told them that my time was supposed to be at 3:30 pm. They said okay that's fine. So at 3:30, I am waiting to hear from someone but I hear nothing. I called Henry and he seems frustrated with ME that there was miscommunication. I told him to check the text messages because I clearly stated 3:30. He told me that I could reschedule for the next day because they don't do moves from DC to Baltimore in the afternoon because of the traffic. However, he NEVER stated this beforehand after I texted my 3:30 pm time. So reluctantly, I had to reschedule for NOON the next day. The movers called the next morning and said that they will be there at 10:30 am (wtf!!!). So they take 3 hours and 10 minutes to move a 1 bedroom apt from storage to an apartment that is 5 miles down the road from the storage facility. They wanted to upcharge me an hour for the additional 10 minutes. Henry was EXTREMELY rude about it and would not compromise the 10 minutes and take a partial payment although they were off a day late. So I paid for 4 hours of service when I only received 3 hours and 10 minutes of service plus a lot of miscommunication and attitude. The icing on top of the cake is that I am missing a vase. So BEWARE!” -

“We found this Baltimore movers on Google for our 2 bedroom apartment move from Washington DC to Rockville MD. Their customer Service guy gave us all-included estimate including packing and insurance. They worked very fast and we paid the same amount as they estimated. The crew came on time, packed all our belongings so nothing was broken.” -

Worst Experience EVER!!
“BE WARNED!! This was truly the WORST moving experience I've EVER had! They showed up with 3 guys but I was told over the phone there would be two guys so the $295.00 for the first 3 hours then $95 every hour thereafter suddenly turned into $395.00 for the first 3 hours then $95 every hour thereafter so that was the FIRST STRIKE! Then they could barely speak English but thank God I had a girlfriend there who spoke fluent Spanish and was able to translate. One of the guys barely spoke English so he just ignored me when I tried to direct him on where I wanted my furniture which I thought was VERY RUDE!! When I asked my girlfriend what he was saying she told me he was talking badly about me...RIGHT IN MY FACE!! This was unacceptable and BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE and I let the lead guy know. This is why I hate being in a room with people that don't speak English because they talk about you right in front of your face knowing you haven't a clue as to what they're saying!! Then they claimed they couldn't move me in 3 hours but needed 6 hours which would double the fee...STRIKE TWO!! I said no way, just move the heavy items and I'll move the rest in my car (took four trips but between my family and I (1 car, 1 SUV and 1 Pathfinder) we were able to do it - took a while but we did it! Then, believe it or not, they broke one of my televisions and was only willing to discount me $60.00...STRIKE THREE!! Also, they didn't lay anything down on the carpet in my new home so dirt was stained all throughout my home in EACH ROOM!! They only wrapped a few items and when I asked why they said no worries, it won't break!! Yeah RIGHT, Tell that to my t.v., may it rest in peace!! Then...yes, there's more...they REFUSED to attach my headboard back to the bed frame. They put the head board against one wall and the frame/box spring against another! The lead guy went back and forth with me claiming there were no screws and that's how the bed was when they got there...NOT!! Then all of a sudden he didn't speak English, VERY FRUSTRATING!! I explained that my bed was not laying against the wall when they arrived and they needed to figure out how to reattach it. Needless to say they magically found the screws and reattached my headboard to the bed frame and apologized saying they were TIRED...really???????????? I plan on writing a letter to the company and the Better Business Bureau!! Even if nothing comes of it I feel better knowing I could help someone else in the future. Again...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. And again, BE WARNED!!”
