  “I was locked in this storage yard when my access code let me in - but not back out. When I contacted the managers, they were defensive and basically said I did something wrong. When they checked their records, they found out that it was their computer - not me - that had the problem. They had no number or contact info posted on the inside that I could call to get back out. I had to sit and wait for someone else to come in and try to jet out while the door was open. The managers were difficult and ended up saying that if I didn't like the way they ran things to locate another storage company and clear out. I did.”
