  “The owner stated that he would cover the full cost of any items damaged. The company broke a mirror (which he did pay for), snapped the leg off a chair and ruined the tracking of a chest drawer. He stated in several emails that he would send the chair back repaired and a check for the damages. After numerous attempts he never follow through. Pay the extra money and go with a professional mover.”
