  “This company has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! They offered me a choice of one delivery time in a three hour block of time on one day in the middle of the week only. When I asked for what suggestions they had for people who work (mind you I was free 2 full other days and after 3:30 all days), they had no suggestions except to leave it on my front door (It was furniture!) or have a friend come over to accept the delivery! Even after they made what they consider accommodations They could still not give me a guarantee on which week my item would be delivered and the Supervisor hung up on me without concluding the call! I had to ask him to calm down! I understand issues that go along with deliveries and am not upset about the remarkable delay in getting my product (although will be 2-3 weeks by the time I get it and it is only 1.5 hours away) but the appalling customer service is unbelievable! I strongly suggest using another company for your shipping needs!”
