  “Do not use this moving company. If you get a broker to move you, be sure they aren't using this company.
  
  The first two hours of loading, they had only loaded two things. It took them over six hours to load my furniture when it could have easily been done in two hours. As soon as they were done they said they'd only take cash for the remaining payment or they wouldn't deliver my furniture. At 10pm on a Saturday night where am I going to come up with $1200 cash? I had to go to the atm and get as much as I could, go back to my empty house and sleep on the floor then go back to the atm the next morning. All in all I got the money but very inconvenient.
  
  Most of my furniture was damaged in some way...scratches on stuff mostly. They broke a couple pictures. When it came time to reimburse me for the damages, they only gave me peanuts basically and said I'd have to take them to court to get any more (my fault for not paying for full coverage insurance on my stuff, I just assumed they would do their job). I'd say about $3000 to $4000 worth of furniture was damaged. I only moved about 100 miles. I don't really see how this company is in business. This kind of service is very rude, as are the people that work there. They are nothing but worthless trash. The owner will wind up in jail at some point. Also, the company I originally called was Nationwide Relocation Services located in Ft Lauderdale. They are the ones that booked this company. Nationwide wouldn't take any responsiblily for anything. Stay clear from them too.”
