“I reccomend that you DO NOT deal with Coastal Mini Storage in Elkridge MD. Namely the manager Lisa. She does not have any cusotmer service skills nor does she have any interpersonal skills at all. She told me over the phone that the company was falsely advertising their $1 for the first month, she told me that the companies customer service polocy dictates that they would rather lose a customer than accomidate them. To end my delightful interaction with Lisa, she hung up on me. Very lovely women.”
