  Cheap, but they don't follow through

  “I arranged a move where I requested pickup in Salt Lake and delivery in Texas 9 days later. Not only did they not arrive on the scheduled day, but they tried to charge me $850 extra if I didn't take delivery in 5 days instead of the agreed upon 9. It was the agent's mistake, and I was supposed to pay for THAT on top of the charged incurred by their being delayed by weather. This is supposed to be a national company, but both their dispatch and their local agents are terrible. You may think their estimates look good, but they'll try to get you to pay more at the last minute!”
