  “We had previously used this company and were fairly satisfied with them, however in using them in December to move my Mom they broke a piece of furniture that they are now refusing to replace or reimburse to repurchase. They are stating we signed a waiver saying they were not liable for any furniture made of particle board or similar substances. This was not an inexpensive piece of furniture, having been purchased at RC Willey for around a little more than $400.00 dollars. We will never use this company again and will definitely let anyone we know not to use it either. How sad that that their company does not stand behind customer satisfaction. Read the fine print make sure you know what you are signing. Never again....”
